Position Overview

The Inside Sales Rep. will perform inside sales and marketing, customer service and corporate level sales support for Vista Video Outdoor (VVO) and Awning Innovations (AI), and Marketing. The BD Inside Sales Rep. must be a self-starter that strives to meet or exceed sales and production goals while supporting VVO/AI profitable growth and revenue objectives. Identify sales opportunities to educate and up-sell customers on VVO/AI products and services. Become subject matter expert on all VVO/AI products and services including, a proficiency with the features and functionality of Vista Video Outdoor EMC’s and Billboards, associated AI supporting products ie framing, signage, sign structures. Marketing to include emails, trade shows, social media.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Ensure proper follow-through on all directives from BD management. Maintain a good rapport and flow of communication with the VVO/AI sales reps, project managers, engineers, & production employees.

· Inbound/Outbound activities such as: up-sell customers, lead qualification, utilization campaigns, and lead management.

· Ensure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.

· Monitor individual production and performance metrics to ensure that goals are met.

· Position requires strong solution selling skills to directly impact the project plans, implementation and revenue goals for VVO/AI.

· Increase overall Sales of VVO/AI products & projects outbound and inbound calls to prospects and current VVO/AI customers.

· Enter inbound and outbound sales activities in E2 CRM Solution.

· Responsible for meeting or exceeding minimum sales requirements as determined by VVO/AI management.

· Identify sales and up-sell opportunities and offer VVO/AI solutions to prospects and VVO/AI customers.

· Maintain up-to-date awareness of and comply with ‘VVO/AI’s company policies and procedures.

· Report customer, industry or market trends to VVO/AI management.

· Work in a team environment developing innovative solutions that drive growth with integrity, improved effectiveness, and integration throughout the organization.

· Marketing Plan & Implementation all email marketing campaigns, social media posting, vertical market trade shows.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications

· High School Diploma required. College degree a plus.

· Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of Inside Sales and/or Customer Service.

· Business to Business sales experience a plus but not required.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, CRM PowerPoint and Word, as well as the ability to use the Internet for research purposes.

· Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills required.

· Strong organizational, time management and follow-up abilities are required.

· The ability to work in a very fast-paced and challenging work environment is essential.

· Telephone, laptop computer, standard office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
